Nurture Yoga
Nurture Yoga helps the child, young person or adult with autism or additional needs reduce stress and reactivity and helps to take them to a place of calm, which in turn increases their belief in themselves and confidence.
Regular nurture yoga sessions can:

improve self-awareness, both body and mind

improve motor planning and control

improve immune function and quality of sleep

develops balance and the ability to relax

develops the ability to self-regulate across varying environments and demands
